Video tutorial: How to easily fix black desktop background in Windows 8, 8.1 & 10

If you have problems in changing themes, desktop wallpapers or background colors, this is what you have to do, just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Control Panel. In the right upper corner search for 'background' word.

2. Go to 'Ease of Acces Center' and acces 'Turn off background images' tab.

3. Scroll to the bottom and untick 'Remove background images (where available)' option. Press 'Apply' button then 'OK'.

That's all folks! 

Tested on Voyo Mini PC, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 Insider Preview.
